Whilst it tends to be more cost effective to have your computer come into
our workshop for servicing or repair, sometimes it's more practical to have
an engineer come to your premises to investigate or fix a problem. Some problems
require a technician on site, such as Server issues, network problems or internet
connection.
For our Share-IT customers service call-outs are seldom necessary as we can
diagnose and solve most problems by accessing your systems remotely.
Should you require and I.T. Service call, please telephone us to arrange

ask you all the right questions to establish a course of action so that we are
prepared when we come to your site.
We only provide the I.T. Service call to companies based within a 15 mile
radius of our office in Woking, Surrey. If you are based outside of this area
we can still provide our I.T Services but on an Annual contract basis only.

need regular maintenance, and this maintenance is on two levels; hardware and
software.
Hardware
Regular hardware
servicing is quite straightforward and should really be performed around once
per year on hardworking business computers, or more often in environments which
are dustier or where the computer is switched on for extended periods of time
or even continually on. An annual hardware service is generally very simple
and involved the following:
- Memory (RAM) amount, utilization and page-files.
- Hard disk space, errors and fragmentation.
- Physical check of all the internal connections.
- Cleaning and vacuuming inside and out.
- Decongestion and cleaning of internal fans and heat-sinks.
